Instructions for the participation at the LAT
Click HERE to access the conference platform. Log in with the e-mail address you used for registration and the password you received. You can also request a new password, just click on Forgot your password.
Step 1: Registration
First step is to register on this platform and to create a strong profile. Your profile should describe who you are, your business area what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
- All profiles are accessible online via the website to all participants.
- The profile can be updated at any time.
- The profiles will also remain accessible after the event
You can indicate during the registration process that you do not want to appear in the list of participants.
Take advantage of our registration platform even before the conference start by finding out about other participants and arranging bilateral meetings on the days of the event.
Business Speed-Dating
The most efficient way to get to know several (pre-selected) partners:
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
Booking rules
- Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone
- Incoming meeting requests must be accepted by the recipients otherwise they cannot be scheduled
A day before the event you will receive an email with your complete agenda showing your detailed meeting schedule and the selected forum for the first and second conference day. All in one glance!
Step 2: Virtual Conference Platform
A few days before the start of the conference, we will send to your registered email-address the link to the conference and trade fair. The platform also asks for registration, as only registered participants will have access to the Latin America Day.
The conference platform will be open 24 hours for one month from September 24, 9:00 a.m. CET. There you can visit various exhibition stands, attend the conference, network with other participants in group chats and meet your scheduled calls at the networking lounge.
If you want to interact with other participants trough the chat room, you will be visible for others. You have the choice to remain anonymous and not visible on this platform if you decide not to get in contact with other participants.
